Quality Benchmark
ACQ-100-V1 answers which AI configuration gives the best customer diagnostic conversation — separate from the 775 regression bank. Runs the same customer path the site uses, at concurrency 1.
Token usage & API cost are shown as NOT AVAILABLE at the customer boundary (the diagnostic path does not expose provider usage). Latency shown is customer-perceived end-to-end.

AI engine
The diagnostic assistant uses AI in two steps. You choose which AI service powers each step. Changes take effect within about a minute — nothing needs redeploying.

Your AI options
Runs on your own computer (LM Studio). Your data stays with you and there are no per-use fees. This is the default.

Advanced settings
Uses OpenAI's hosted models. Can be more capable, but customer descriptions are sent to OpenAI and you're charged per use. Requires an API key.
Which AI runs each step?
Most setups use Private AI for both. You can send either step to OpenAI once its key is set up.
